Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to all bookings, purchases, and use of services provided by Nelo Wellness. By creating an account, booking, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

• Services include classes, workshops, personal training, and appointments.
• Clients must act respectfully in the studio. Abusive or disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or termination without refund.

• It is your responsibility to check with your doctor before participating.
• You must inform us (and your instructor) of any health issues, injuries, or pregnancy before every class.
• You accept the risks of exercise and agree that Nelo Wellness and its instructors are not liable for injuries, illness, or health issues arising from participation.

• First class: arrive at least 5 minutes early for induction.
• Returning clients: no entry more than 10 minutes after start.
• Late arrival may result in losing your spot and class credit.

• Classes and appointments can be cancelled with 24 hours’ notice; credit is returned to your account (not refunded).
• Late cancellations or no-shows result in loss of credit.
• Refunds are discretionary and only considered within 14 days of purchase (unused services only), subject to admin fees.
• Packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-shareable.

• Regular memberships can be frozen or extended for up to 2 months in any 12-month period.
• Special offers and class packs cannot be extended or frozen.
• Injury or medical reasons may allow freezes/extensions with a doctor’s note.

• Schedules, instructors, and services may change without notice.
• If we cancel a class or appointment, credit will be returned to your account for rebooking. No refunds will be given.

• You must inform us if you are pregnant.
• After 16 weeks, a one-to-one session with an antenatal-qualified trainer is required before group classes.
• Post-partum return: minimum 6 weeks (12 weeks after C-section) with medical clearance.

• You pay at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Legal rights apply to faulty goods/services.
• Online purchases may be eligible for a 14-day cooling-off period (unused services only).

• We are not liable for delays outside our control.
• We are not responsible for losses that are unforeseeable, avoidable, or related to business use.

• We follow English law. Disputes may be resolved in English courts or in the courts of your home country (Wales, Scotland, NI).
