Home sessions, answered.
Yes, home sessions require access to a reformer machine at your property. If you don’t already own one, you can purchase one of our foldable reformers, we’re happy to advise on suitable options before booking your first session.
You’ll need a clear, flat area of roughly 3m x 2.5m with enough ceiling height for standing exercises and enough clearance around the machine for the instructor to move safely and assist you.
Sessions typically run for 60 minutes, similar to a 121 in the studio.
You’ll just need the stand box that usually comes with the reformer, small props like a Pilates ring and ball. Other optional items can include bands and small weights.
Fitted, comfortable clothing that allows movement to be seen clearly (avoid loose, baggy items), and grip socks are required for safety and hygiene on the reformer.
Yes. In fact, one-to-one home sessions are often ideal for beginners, as the instructor can tailor pacing, cueing, and machine setup specifically to your experience level and any injuries or concerns.
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to the full fee, as the time is reserved exclusively for you.
We cover areas in London just ask when booking as this is subject to availability of instructor.
Yes, small group sessions (2–3 people, subject to space and equipment) can be arranged at home, though pricing differs from private one-to-one sessions.
Please let us know in advance so the instructor can tailor the session appropriately, and adapt or avoid exercises that may not be suitable. In some cases, medical clearance may be recommended before starting.
Payment can be made via payment link provided on reservation either per session or through a discounted package of multiple sessions. Details will be confirmed at booking.
